Universidad Europea de Madrid has earned the accreditation of the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) for its business and technology degrees. The American organisation has recognised the commitment of Universidad Europea to an international educational model, connected to the professional world and of high academic quality.
Through its accreditation, the ACBSP certifies that the teaching and learning processes and the Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Global Bachelor's in International Business meet its rigorous educational standards. Based on the criteria of the National Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award, ACBSP evaluates aspects relating to institutional leadership, strategic planning processes, community relations, the quality of academic programmes, and the school’s credentials and services.
The official presentation of this award will be on June 26, 2017 in Anaheim (California), attended by representatives of Universidad Europea. According to Marta Muñiz, Dean of the School of Social Sciences and Communication, “this accreditation shows that the Universidad Europea is committed to a comprehensive education designed to train students to be leaders who can respond to the needs of a globalised world and contribute to social progress with an entrepreneurial spirit and ethical commitment.”
