Manage your enrollment for the 2022/2023 academic year

The enrollment period begins on July 4th. Advance your registration!

If you are already a student of the Universidad Europea de Madrid, Valencia or Canarias and you want to formalize your enrollment for the next academic year 2022-23, you must access the Student Portal, with your username and password in the section "Academic Information >> Enrollment", where you will have all the necessary information to successfully complete your enrollment.

As a student at the Universidad Europea de Madrid, you have access to on-campus Student Services. There, we will be able to provide you with guidance on any query or administrative process that you need help with.

Your Registration

Discover all the information you need to manage your finances: details of your registration, receipts, invoices, accommodation payments and direct debits. Discover the financial information you need regarding: enrollment, receipts issued, invoices, pending payments, returned teaching payments.

In this section, as a student you can view:

  • the amount paid to reserve a place;
  • teaching details and a summary of all the subjects you’ve enrolled on, with the associated cost;
  • details on possible deductions (bonuses, scholarships, discounts);
  • the net amount expected for teaching costs;
  • the billing period, as well as your payment method; and
  • the general conditions of enrollment.

In this section, you will be able to view the details of all the receipts issued with the following information:

  • amount invoiced
  • amount cancelled
  • amount paid
  • amount refunded/adjusted

As a student, you will be able to view and download all the invoices of the issued receipts for:

As a student, you can pay your outstanding fees from the Universidad Europea by choosing from the following options:

  • Online card, virtual platform connected to the bank: payment is immediately confirmed and is automatically updated in the system, immediately giving the student access to all services.
  • Payment Letter (only national payments): the student can download an encoded letter which they can take to the bank to make their payment; the system will be updated 24 hours after the payment is made.
  • Other payment methods: Universidad Europea has reached an agreement with Flywireto facilitate national and international payments. Flywire allows you to make payments safely from any country and bank, and generally in your country’s currency.

Start your payment

If you want to change your billing information, or have any questions, call us on 91 414 66 11.

You will need to make any bank account or payment method change before the 20th of each month so that the next receipt is invoiced with the requested changes.

If you make the change later, it is possible that said invoice will still reach you with the previous data. To avoid defaulting, make sure you still have sufficient funds in your old account.

Diplomas and certificates

You can request online your diploma or academic certificate.

Once you have completed your studies, you can request your diploma at the Alumni Website

If you are a student

You can request any kind of academic certificate while you are still studying at the Student Portal
