Isabel Mínguez Esteban

Isabel Mínguez Esteban is a professor and researcher in the Department of Medical Specialties.
She holds a degree in Physiotherapy from Universidad Europea de Madrid. She also has a Master's in Comprehensive Pelvic Floor Approach and a Master's in Invasive Therapy. Additionally, she is an Expert in Cervicocraniomandibular Disorders and Orofacial Pain. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Biomedicine and Health Sciences at Universidad Europea de Madrid.
She teaches first- and second-year physiotherapy courses. She is also a professor and coordinator of Master's Theses in the Master's in Comprehensive Pelvic Floor Approach and a professor in the Master's in Orthopedic Manual Therapy for Pain Treatment at the same university. She combines teaching with clinical practice. Her area of expertise includes the pelvic floor, cervicocraniomandibular disorders, and invasive therapy. She conducts research and is the author of two papers.

Association between RNAm-Based COVID-19 Vaccines and Permanency of Menstrual Cycle Alterations in Spanish Women: A Cross-Sectional Study
Scientific study on the effects on the menstrual cycle after covid-19 vaccination with mRNA vaccines, Pfizer and Moderna. The results found that 64% of the women who participated in the study had changes in cycle length, amount of bleeding and pain up to 5 months after vaccination.
