The Food Technology Laboratory is the perfect link between the University and the culinary industry.
As part of the University’s commitment to experiential learning, we provide a Food Technology Laboratory so that human nutrition and dietetics students can realistically experience what is known as an industrial kitchen. All equipment has been custom-designed in stainless steel to ensure hygiene in food handling.
The Food Technology Laboratory is the perfect link between the University and the culinary industry. It is designed for human nutrition and dietetics students to develop their skills and learn to handle food, study different cooking techniques and understand how to use kitchen applications.
Both the Food Technology Laboratory and the rest of the Universidad Europea’s facilities are available to nutrition undergraduate and postgraduate students and professors.
