Great recognition from the Vocento group for the innovation efforts of Universidad Europea. This Tuesday, the Institution received the Next Spain award in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) category. Its president and CEO, Otilia de la Fuente, has shown the institution's commitment to this emerging technology: "For us, for Universidad Europea, innovation and commitment to the most advanced technology are in our DNA and being a benchmark in Artificial Intelligence is, without a doubt, one of our major projects. In this context, this recognition inspires us to continue advancing and breaking boundaries and to achieve new goals in Artificial Intelligence".

With this award, the Vocento group recognises the great work of Universidad Europea to be at the forefront of a major technological advance such as Artificial Intelligence. To achieve this, it has created, among others, the Artificial Intelligence Observatory to help the university community and society in general to understand the impact of AI in Higher Education. It has also created an Artificial Intelligence Committee made up of professionals with a successful track record. As Otilia de la Fuente recalled, "our staff works tirelessly, exploring the frontiers of Artificial Intelligence in the field of education, developing innovative solutions and changing the world with their talent".

The award received by Universidad Europea also distinguishes the Institution's eagerness to continue growing and advancing steadily, always supported by a technology that allows it to anticipate trends and not only evolve in its programmes, but also in the way it teaches. In fact, the inclusion of AI-related programmes in master's degrees and other disciplines is already a reality that has allowed the institution to adapt to the demands of the new times.

The recognition of Universidad Europea in the Artificial Intelligence category was not the only one awarded during the day: Cepsa won the Energy and Cyclicality award, Correos was recognised for its work with the Local Value award, OWO Game received the Gaming award, Aqualia was recognised for Efficient Water Management, Teleco Renta won an award in the category that recognises business talent, the Logistics - Infrastructures award was won by Abirtis and, finally, Guía Repsol won the award in the Gastronomy category.
