The School has implemented a Challenge-Based Learning (CBL) methodology. This educational innovation calls for integrated projects that allow students from all degree programmes to develop knowledge and competencies in response to specific needs arising from a complex set of problems. In this way, our students learn best when confronted with a real project with clear specifications, similar to what they will encounter in their professional lives.

Transversal Professional Environment
The application of new technologies and the human processes derived from them forces companies to recruit professionals with multidisciplinary personal skills, capable of organising and planning the work required by the standardisation of these new systems. One benefit of implementing active learning methodologies such as CBL is that it facilitates the acquisition and practice of personal skills that make students more competitive in a complex market where personal attitude and transversal skills are increasingly valued, and in which management skills are key to professional progress within each discipline.
Professional internships
Nowadays, companies and organisations need professionals who can offer a general vision of business activity and the relationship between the different tasks carried out in business. For this reason, our training programmes are comprehensive, and our students complete curricular and extracurricular internships with the aim of developing their professional skills and aptitudes, as well as their general knowledge of all business functions. This encourages graduates to take a multidisciplinary approach to work, which improves their employability and entrepreneurial spirit.
Multidisciplinary Education
The integration of the CBL methodology and a transversal approach to the professional environment is specially defined for the training of competent profiles in the implementation of process modernisation and digitalisation strategies (strategy & organisation, management processes, constructive processes, tech infrastructure processes, etc.). This applies to all programmes offered within the School.
Simulated Environments
We train our students so they can find quality employment in the future. In that vein, we have them work in simulated professional environments. We lead students into the future with this method of ‘teaching by doing’, which is characteristic of our technical, hands-on courses. This includes integrated workshops in all areas of knowledge, which allow students to work the same way professionals do—that is, with the same framework and conditions that a real professional project would require.
