Convocatoria finalización de estudios (Diciembre)

En el caso de agotar la 5º y 6º convocatorias, los estudiantes podrán disponer de una 7º convocatoria. Esta convocatoria se agotará se presente o no el estudiante a la misma en el curso académico en el que sea concedida.

El agotamiento de las convocatorias determina la exclusión del estudiante de dichos estudios, pudiendo iniciar, por una sola vez, otros estudios en la Universidad Europea de Madrid.

TRIBUNAL DE COMPENSACIÓN
Para aquellos estudiantes que les reste una asignatura para finalizar la titulación y haya agotado las seis convocatorias, presentándose al menos cuatro veces de la asignatura cuya calificación solicita ser compensada.

If you want to change your billing information, or have any questions, call us on 91 414 66 11.
You will need to make any bank account or payment method change before the 20th of each month so that the next receipt is invoiced with the requested changes.
If you make the change later, it is possible that said invoice will still reach you with the previous data. To avoid defaulting, make sure you still have sufficient funds in your old account.

Manage Your Password is an intuitive tool and has a simple interface that is easy to use by following the on-screen step-by-step guide. However, if you are still having problems and cannot find a solution, please contact Student Services.
The University Card is a smart card that accredits you as a student of the Universidad Europea. Your card is personal and non-transferable and there’s no need to renew it annually.
The card allows you to prove your identity as a student of the Universidad Europea.
Your University Card contains the following information:
To register your attendance at any of the Universidad Europea de Madrid campuses, you must have a University Card that includes a chip that is compatible with the GRP System. There’s no need to activate your card, since Banco Santander issues it with all the validation systems active.
For security reasons, the entrances to some of the University spaces have restricted access, such as the car parks or the work spaces of employees and teachers.
Your university card gives you access to the library service:
Loan of materials at information and loan desks.
Use of the group work rooms available at the CRAI Library.
Access to facilities outside of regular hours.
Access to restricted materials - thesis and final projects.
Use of printers in the computer room.
Check your user file and see the books you have borrowed, expiration dates and reservations made.

Important: Before you make your request, check the types of certificates that are available below.
In general, certificates are sent out electronically one day after you make the request. That’s why it is important that, before you make the appropriate payment, you check that you have requested the correct certificate. Once certificates are delivered, you will not receive a refund. The only exceptions are: the Programme Certificates, Specific Certificates and the Substitute Documents, which have longer delivery times. Check the expected delivery time of these documents in the ‘More Information’ section.
The Personal Academic Certificate is the document that certifies the qualifications you have acquired during your degree. This certificate also includes the following information: name, surname(s), degree, course, average grade, module grades and credits.
It is issued electronically one day after you make the request and costs €40.
The General Certificate includes the following information: name, surname(s), degree, and course with regards to your current enrollment status at the time of making the request.
It is issued electronically one day after you make the request and is free.
The Specific Certificate certifies academic information which is not contained in the other certificates. When making the request, you should indicate in the “comments” field the specific information you wish to be certified.
If the information you request cannot be certified, we will contact you.
The certificate is issued electronically 15 days after you make the request and costs €40.
The Certificate of Entry Tests for students older than 25 or 45 certifies that you have passed the entry test for your age group. This certificate indicates the academic specialisation and average mark on the general and specific entry test.
It is issued electronically one day after you make the request and costs €40.
The Matriculation Certificate details the subjects students are enrolled on in that academic year. This document does not reflect your qualifications.
It is issued electronically one day after you make the request and is free.
The Student Insurance Certificate certifies that the corresponding fee for student insurance has been paid.
It is issued electronically one day after you make the request and is free.
The Programmes Certificate contains detailed information on the degree subjects.
It is only available for students on programmes with recognised subjects, who have enrolled and passed those subjects by the time they make the request.
The certificate is issued electronically 15 working days after you make the request and costs €40.
If you do not need a Programmes Certificate, you can find the programmes available on the University's website under the information for each degree.
This certificate certifies the date on which you finished your studies. It can only be requested if you have finished your studies.
The certificate is issued electronically one day after you make the request and costs €40.
The Enrolled Credits Certificate certifies the number of credits you have enrolled on during the current academic year or during the last academic year that you were enrolled.
The certificate is issued electronically one day after you make the request and costs €40.
The Certificate of Enrollment Periods allows non-qualifying master’s students to accredit the beginning and end dates of the master’s programme they have enrolled on. It also permits qualifying undergraduate and master’s students to accredit the academic courses they have formally enrolled on.

The Certificate of English allows you to certify the level of English that is accredited at the University.
This certificate will only certify completed/passed levels of English. For example, if you are currently studying B1, your certificate will show the level that you have officially passed, i.e. A2.

The Certificate of Accreditation certifies that the European University of Madrid is officially recognised by Law 24/1995 of July 17, which recognises the European University as a private university (BOE No. 170 of July 18) that is registered in the Ministry of Education’s Registry of Universities.
The certificate is issued electronically one day after you make the request and costs €40.
The Degree Substitute Document replaces the Official Degree for the one-year period until you obtain the Official Degree. Only one of these documents may be issued. The issued Substitute Document may have its validity extended for a further six months, though, if necessary. If you wish to extend its validity, go to the Student Services department with the original Substitute Document before its validity expires and we will extend it for you.

The Specific General Certificate certifies other academic information which is not contained in the other certificates. The certificate is issued in digital format within a maximum of three to four working days from the day you request it.
The cost is €40.
The Degree Substitute Document replaces the Official Degree for the one-year period until you obtain the Official Degree. Only one document may be issued. The issued Substitute Document may have its validity extended for a further six months, if necessary. If you wish to extend its validity, go to the Student Services department with the original Substitute Document before its validity expires and we will extend it for you.
The certificate is issued in paper format five working days after you make the request and costs €60.

Advanced Vocational Training (CFGS) Degree Request

The Matriculation Certificate details the modules the student is enrolled on in that academic year. This document does not reflect a student’s qualifications.
It is issued electronically one day after you make the request and is free.
This document details the modules that make up the degree the student is enrolled on.
The document is issued in digital format within one day of making the request.
It is free of charge.
The purpose of school insurance is to protect the student against adverse, unexpected and foreseeable circumstances. This protection is granted for the benefit of students who have this insurance when any of the insured risks occur and provided that all requirements are met. Requirements to benefit from the school insurance are listed below.
The document is issued in digital format within one day of making the request. It is free of charge.
The Programmes Certificate contains detailed information on the degree modules.
It is only available for students on programmes with recognised subjects and where you have enrolled and passed those subjects on the date you make the request.
The certificate is issued in electronic format within 15 working daysof your request and costs €40.
If you do not need a Programme Certificate you can find the programmes available on the University's website within the information of each degree.
If you need us to provide you with certified copies of our certificates, you can request them in the same way as the other certificates. If you deliver the original document, we will certify it in a maximum of three hours, from 9 a.m to 2 p.m and from 3 p.m to 6 p.m from Monday to Friday. Six certified pages cost €12. At the moment, only the Degree Substitute Document and the Official Degree are issued in paper format, so certification requests should be made with regards to these documents.
The financial certificate and/or invoice can be requested to detail the total fees paid during the year. You should not apply for this in the same way as the certificates and degrees, and it can be download here.
