Rooms equipped for clinical simulations relating to the Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Dual Degrees, and Master's Degree in General Health Psychology, where students can present procedures and therapies and work on different practical activities.
These sessions are observed live by the rest of the class from an adjacent room through a mirrored window, and recorded on a video system to be viewed later. The scenario is then subject to reflective analysis by the professor and the group. In the evaluation sessions, the professor and the other students analyse the session in order to improve skills associated with the Clinical Practicum.
Throughout various sessions, students present their assessment, diagnosis and psychological intervention, applying different assessment methods and based on different treatment approaches. These sessions are guided and supervised by the professor in order to bring the student closer to the reality of the professional world.
