The PhysicsLAB is a space for discovery and experimentation designed for science and engineering students, where theory becomes direct experience with the most fascinating phenomena of the universe.
In this laboratory, students carry out practical work ranging from mechanics and electromagnetism to advanced concepts in quantum and nuclear physics. Experiments are conducted in controlled environments equipped with advanced technology that allows physical phenomena to be measured, observed and analysed with precision and scientific rigour.
Guided by specialist lecturers, students apply authentic experimental methodologies to:
- Validate fundamental principles of physics.
- Understand the behaviour of complex physical systems.
- Apply measurement techniques and data analysis.
- Develop critical thinking and scientific methods.
