• the amount paid to reserve a place;
• teaching details and a summary of all the subjects you’ve enrolled on, with the associated cost;
• details on possible deductions (bonuses, scholarships, discounts);
• the net amount expected for teaching costs;
• the billing period, as well as your payment method; and
• the general conditions of enrollment.

As a student, you will be able to view and download all the invoices of the issued receipts for:

• Opening the administrative student file

As a student, you can pay your outstanding fees from the Universidad Europea by choosing from the following options:

• Online card, virtual platform connected to the bank: payment is immediately confirmed and is automatically updated in the system, immediately giving the student access to all services.
• Payment Letter (only national payments): the student can download an encoded letter which they can take to the bank to make their payment; the system will be updated 24 hours after the payment is made.
• Other payment methods: Universidad Europea has reached an agreement with Flywireto facilitate national and international payments. Flywire allows you to make payments safely from any country and bank, and generally in your country’s currency.

If you wish to modify your billing details, you must complete the following document according to your qualification:

Madrid Campus:

This action will only be necessary if you need to change your bank account or if you wish to request the deferred monthly payment option for the current academic year. Make the change.

All fields in the Bank Direct Debit section are mandatory.
This form must be signed on both sides. If you wish to change from annual to monthly payment or vice versa, you may do so by phone by calling +34 91 414 66 11.

You must make any change to your bank account or payment method before the 20th of each month for the next invoice to be issued with the requested changes.
If you make the change after this date, the invoice may still be charged using the previous details. To avoid non-payment, please ensure that you continue to have sufficient funds in your former account.
