The IndustryLAB is the technological and industrial innovation laboratory at Universidad Europea de Valencia, a space designed for engineering and science students to work with the same technologies and methodologies that are already transforming real industry.
Here, students carry out advanced practical work in robotics, automation, Internet of Things (IoT), cyber-physical systems and Artificial Intelligence applied to industrial processes, integrating hardware and software to address challenges related to smart factories and digitalised production.
Learning through real projects
Following our experiential learning model, sessions at the IndustryLAB focus on:
- Design and programming of robotic cells.
- Process automation using PLCs and control systems.
- Integration of sensors and industrial communications (IoT).
- Data monitoring and application of AI for predictive maintenance and optimisation.
- Simulation and digitalisation of production processes.
Students work in controlled environments that replicate real industrial situations, always guided by specialist lecturers and active professionals. The aim is for them to learn how to make technical decisions, manage technological projects and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, just as they will do in their future careers.
