New success for Universidad Europea students, who have been awarded four prizes in the video game development marathon, applying the knowledge acquired in the classroom to real projects
Universidad Europea's Project Based Learning approach was recognised at the Madrid in Game Hack Jams 2024, held from 26-28 April. Vocational Training students in the STEAM area won the prizes for best art, most creative idea, best game and best narrative.
The video game development marathon, which brings together developers and provides the opportunity to learn in a collaborative and professional environment, has recognised the efforts of Nasara Flores, Lucía Gimeno, Alicia Alejandro and Laura Climent, who won the prizes for best art, most creative idea and best game. Alejandro del Campo, Carolina Galán, Adrián Hernández and David García also won the award for the best narrative.
The Institution is aware of the importance of working to reduce the gap between the student who graduates and the professional student, who is already effective and efficient for that organisation. Universidad Europea, through participation in initiatives such as the Madrid in Game Hack Jams, encourages its students to experience the knowledge acquired in the classroom in real projects.
