he main media rankings of Spanish universities and the Shanghai Ranking have already updated their lists of the best universities this year and, in all of them, Universidad Europea occupies a leading position. The awards are the result of the academic excellence pursued by the Institution through its academic model of experiential learning, its firm commitment to innovation, research and the approach of the Institution to the professional reality, which helps to create common spaces between university and business and to train future professionals adapted to the new ways of working that take place in a context of continuous change and technological innovation.
Universidad Europea has achieved a historic result in the 23rd edition of the El Mundo ranking, positioning four degrees among the best degrees. As a novelty, this year, the degree in Dentistry has appeared in the ranking and the degrees in Architecture, Physiotherapy and Physical Activity and Sport Sciences have been maintained. These results are the best the Institution has achieved so far, making it one of the Spanish universities with the highest number of degrees positioned among the best.
The second edition of the El Español ranking confirms once again that Universidad Europea is one of the top five Spanish universities. As in the previous edition, Universidad Europea is in fourth position in the list of the best private universities thanks to its vocation to go beyond and continue innovating at the pace set by society itself.
The Shanghai ranking also highlights the excellence of the Institution. In this case, in the field of Sport, distinguishing the Universidad Europea as the best Spanish private university in this field of knowledge. Likewise, its position in the international panorama is remarkable, as it is considered the 41st best university in the world in the area of sport. This milestone is in addition to the one achieved in the Standford Ranking where, thanks to Alejandro Lucía (5) and Vicente Javier Clemente (12), it was the only private Spanish institution that managed to position two researchers among the best in Sports Sciences.
