Plan Compite

DAN or DAR sportspeople who register for the 2023/2024 academic year up to two weeks before the start date of the programme and who meet the legal requirements for access to the desired qualification shall be eligible for the PLAN.

The application for the grant should be made using the application form and sent by e-mail to the admissions department of Universidad Europea to the following addresses, as appropriate:

Applications must be submitted with the following documentation:

• Curriculum vitae of the student/sportsperson, covering both their sports and academic records
• Highly-Ranked or High-Performing Sportsperson Certificate

After the Evaluation Committee's assessment, if it is favourable, the Universidad Europea Admissions Department shall inform you of the allocation of the grant by means of an admission letter signed by the Evaluation Committee.

Criteria to be taken into account for the award:

The following criteria, in order of relevance, shall be taken into account in the evaluation process of applications:

• Qualification as a high-level sportsperson in Olympic modalities, and number of years in possession.
• Results obtained at international level.
• Academic record.
• Number of participations with the National Team.
• Participation in top-level national competitions and results obtained at national level.
• Qualification as a high performing sportsperson in Olympic modalities and number of years in possession.
• Sporting progress and level of improvement.
• Social responsibility.
• Involvement in fair play actions and dissemination of the principles of the Olympic movement
