Request

Submissions of the application and documentation will be made exclusively online through the e-Office of the Cabildo de Tenerife, according to the following instructions:

Through the e-Office of the Cabildo Insular de Tenerife by accessing the Personal Area - “My files” section.

To access the Personal Area, users must identify themselves by any means recognized by the cl@ve system. Once they have logged in, they can consult all the files they are interested in. To locate the file in which the documentation is to be provided, users have access to a search engine.

Once the file is located, it can be accessed by clicking on the “Access the file” button, and once opened all the information related to the file will be displayed. To submit the documentation, click on the “Begin submission” button.

Required documents
  • Application for grants for university studies, academic year 2022/2023
  • Municipal registration certificate
  • Large family status (if this is your case)
  • Authorization for the consultation of data of members of the Family Unit (the form can be found on the available web page). If you do not provide this document, you must provide the income tax return for the year 2021 for each member of the family unit.
  • If you declare a disability (equal to or higher than 33%) of any member of the family unit, the corresponding supporting documentation must be provided.
  • Certificate of enrollment, or enrollment in the course or program for which the grant is requested, stating whether or not it is a complete course, credits, and subjects for which enrollment is requested, and payment of tuition.
  • Bank receipt (where you can clearly see the IBAN).
  • Victims of gender violence must confirm it by any of the following means:
  • Final conviction for acts constituting gender violence.
  • Judicial resolution that would have granted precautionary measures for the protection of the victim.
  • Protection order granted for the victim.
  • Report from the Public Prosecutor’s Office indicating the existence of indications that any member of the family unit or the applicant is a victim of gender violence until the protection order is issued.
  • Any other document considered by the managing body.

General requirements
  • Have been habitually resident in a municipality of the island of Tenerife for at least one year at the date of the call for applications.
  • Family income per person: it shall be the amount resulting from the sum of the total income obtained by the computable members of the family and its subsequent division by the number of such members. The level of family income per person during this fiscal year may not exceed twenty thousand euros (€20,000.00).

In addition, you must meet several academic and economic requirements that you can consult in the regulations.

Grant amount

For master’s and doctoral studies to be carried out in Tenerife, the amount of the grant will consist of:

  • A fixed amount of one thousand five-hundred euros (€1,500.00)
  • An additional amount for a large family status or dependence or disability of a member of the family unit (€500.00).

In the rest of the studies, the amount of the grant will be:

  • A base amount that varies according to the family income per person.
  • An additional amount for a large family status or dependence or disability of a member of the family unit (€500.00).

The base variable amount depending on the family income per person will be set from €6,000.00 to €500.00
