To be admitted to the master's degree, students must meet the legal requirements set out in Royal Decree 822/2021:

  • Possession of an official Spanish university degree or equivalent is a prerequisite for admission to a Master's degree programme, or, where applicable, possession of another Master's degree or qualifications of the same level as the Spanish Bachelor's or Master's degree issued by universities and higher education institutions in an EHEA country that allows access to Master's degree studies in that country.
  • Similarly, persons holding degrees from education systems that are not part of the EHEA, which are equivalent to a Bachelor's degree, may be admitted to a Master's degree programme in the Spanish university system without the need for official accreditation of the degree, but subject to verification by the university of the level of training involved, provided that the country where the degree was issued allows access to postgraduate studies. Under no circumstances shall admission via this route imply the accreditation of the previous Degree held by the interested party or its recognition for purposes other than that of undertaking the Master's degree.
  • Non-Spanish-speaking students studying the degree in English must demonstrate a B2 level of language proficiency according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

    Since joining PwC Tax & Legal in 2015, I have developed my professional career in the International Restructuring - Corporate - M&A area. Since 2019 I am part of the New Law Department of PwC which has provided me with extensive experience in the parameterisation and integration of new technologies, management and automation of processes for the development and implementation of solutions and tools for the digitisation of the legal function.

    Credit Risk Director with 20 years of experience in Banking. Training as a Mathematician with Postgraduate studies in Quantitative Finance , Quantitative Risk Management and Data Scientist.
