The curriculum is composed of ten modules that will provide you with practical, multidisciplinary and up-to-date training. At the end of the programme, the student will receive the International Private Master's Degree in Sports Law, LLM online, granted by Universidad Europea de Madrid.

An intensive one-year programme to specialise in sports law

First semester – Foundations & structure of sport law industry
In the first semester, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the legal ecosystem of sport and build your skills to advise clubs, athletes and organisations from an international perspective.
- Analyse the legal framework of sport: from institutional governance to regulatory and commercial laws.
- Master sports contracts, transfers, image-rights, “lex sportiva” and labour relationships in sport.

Second semester – Advanced practice, regulatory strategy and professional legal application
You will progress into the strategic and applied dimension of sports law, working with real-case scenarios and developing the legal competencies required to advise clubs, federations and athletes at the highest level.
- Develop advanced capabilities in sports arbitration, disciplinary procedures and international regulatory compliance.
- Apply your knowledge through complex legal simulations, case analysis and practical exercises aligned with real industry situations.
- Complete your Master’s Final Project, demonstrating your ability to design and defend specialised legal strategies in the global sports sector.

Admissions requirements
For access to the Accredited International Private Master's Degree in Sports Law online it is necessary to fulfill one of the following REQUIREMENTS:
- To be in possession of a University Degree. In the case of being a graduate from a university outside of Spain, it is not necessary to have had the degree officially recognised by the Spanish Education Ministry.
- To have accredited professional experience related to the programme of interest. This guarantees the achievement of the abilities specified in the Profile for prospective students section. Some of the programmes offered at Universidad Europea do not allow access through professional experience. See the full list here.
- Higher Vocational Training Graduates who can accredit professional experience after completion of the internship.
In all cases, the University may limit access to certain degrees if a specific university degree has not been previously completed.
