The Master’s in Business Administration* is especially aimed at professionals who wish to complement their training with a comprehensive and highly practical understanding of the different areas that make up a company.

This programme is specifically aimed at university graduates of varied fields who are interested in developing a role in business management. It is also aimed at those professionals who are interested in taking on innovation challenges and continuing their professional development throughout their careers.

Our students possess a range of university degrees in areas such as: engineering, law, healthcare sciences, business management, economics, and more. All of our students are eager to complete their training and acquire the professional experience needed to develop a global, integrated and strategic understanding of business.

Official Spanish university degree or other degree issued by a higher education centre belonging to another country in the European Higher Education Area.

Degrees issued in accordance with educational systems outside the European Higher Education Area do not need to be officially recognised, as long as the University can ascertain that the level of study is equivalent to the corresponding official university degree in Spain and allows access in the home country to postgraduate studies. Access through this channel is not, in any case, an official recognition of the previous university degree in Spain nor is it recognising anything other than access to this master’s degree.

Students must have English level B2 CEFR or equivalent.

His lines of research revolve around business ethics and corporate governance. He currently holds the position of Vice-Dean.

  • Professor Isidro Sánchez-Crespo

He has been Commercial Director of Multipark Madrid and Marketing and Commercial Director of Telemadrid and Onda Madrid. In addition, he has held the position of Product Manager and Head of External Relations of the sports newspaper Marca, the financial newspaper Expansión, and the magazine Telva, all of which form part of the Recoletos Communication Group. He created a commercial network that covers the five continents, through alliances and strategic agreements. Native English-Spanish bilingual, he has a passion for marketing, he is focused on creating a new type of education that is more useful for the 21st century, where the student moves from his traditionally passive role to a 100% active one. Manager in the public sector (INI National Institute of Industry, European Commission-DG XXIII, Inespal group, Foarsa, Sodican) and private sector, both in national and international or corporate positions (PwC SCG, Lucas Varity Corp, Yves Rocher, Office Depo...).More than 20 years of teaching experience and as director of programs and professor in international universities and business schools: he currently collaborates with Universidad Europea Madrid as a professor in areas of operations and finances.
  • Professor Alejandro de Pablo Cabrera

She currently focuses her research on social entrepreneurship, family business, social responsibility and circular economy, as well as on issues related to educational innovation.
  • Professor Blanca Rodríguez Polo
    PhD in Economics and Business Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid. Accredited as assistant doctor, hired doctor and private university professor since 2012.   • Professor Ignacio G.R. Gavilán
    Advisor, professor, writer and speaker specialized in innovation and digital transformation of processes and business models, with special focus on intelligent automation and robotization of processes. He is an Industrial Engineer from the University of Oviedo, specializing in Electronics and Automation, Executive MBA from the Instituto de Empresa (now IE Business School), PMP certified in project management and OCEB2 certified in business process management and with more than 30 years of experience in the technology and innovation sector. Founder and CEO of Reingeniería Digital. He is a member of the Spanish chapter of the ABPMP (Association of Business Process Management Professionals) and OdiseIA (Observatory of the Social and Ethical Impact of Artificial Intelligence) where he is director of the Robots-People Relationship area.   • Professor Juan Francisco Galán
    Degree in Physics from the UCM and in Economics from UNED. Physics by the UCM and Economics by the UNED. Teacher of Secondary Education of the Community of Madrid, teaching Mathematics. He teaches the subject of Innovation and Technology in the MBA. He is doing his PhD in Economics and Innovation Management in the Department of History of Economic Thought at the Faculty of Economics of the UCM. He has over 30 years of professional experience, including training and consulting tasks in companies in the area of innovation.
  • Professor Luis Lacalle
    PhD in Economics from the Universidad Europea de Madrid. Consultant for the World Bank, in Equatorial Guinea, and has taught different areas of knowledge in countries such as Guatemala, Cyprus, Belgium or the United States. Independent consultant in the field of training and has previously worked in several companies in the financial industry such as Banco Santander, Barclays Bank or Bankia, performing both commercial and stock market operations. Between 2005 and 2008 he founded the online travel agency Portal Agencias De Viajes SL, a wholesale and retail company, in which he was founder, majority shareholder and CFO.

    PhD in Economics from the UNED. Published several books and articles in high impact scientific journals, she has participated in scientific conferences and research projects. Currently, she is Director of the Master's Degree in International Trade and Economic Relations.
