Miguel María García Caba

PhD in Administrative Law from University of Lleida; Master’s in Sports Law from University of Lleida; Bachelor’s in European Legal Studies from Universidad San Pablo–CEU. Miguel María García Caba is a lawyer specialized in Sports Law, Governance, and Artificial Intelligence with over 25 years of experience. He serves as Member of the UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Committee, Member of the Legal and CSR Commission of the Spanish Olympic Committee, and Arbitrator at the Spanish Sports Arbitration Tribunal. Previously, he was Deputy Secretary General and Director of Legal Affairs at the Royal Spanish Football Federation, Head of Legal Services at Real Madrid CF, and Head of In-House Legal Counsel at LaLiga. He teaches Sports Law at leading national and international universities and has published over 250 articles and book chapters, receiving multiple national and international awards in Sports Law.
