Francisco Porras Lima

European Doctorate in Public Law from the University of Bologna (Italy) and graduate of the FIFA Master, organized by the International Centre for Sport Studies (CIES, Switzerland). Francisco is the Director of Governance and Institutional Relations at the International Equestrian Federation (FEI) and represents the FEI on the Steering Committee of the International Partnership Against Corruption in Sport (IPACS). He combines his corporate and institutional work with teaching, having delivered courses on International Sports Law and Governance for over 15 years at several leading European universities.
