Emilio García Silvero García Silvero

Doctor of Law (Ph.D. in Law) in Labor Law / Sports Law from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, Master in European Sport Governance from Sciences Po, and Master in Sports Law from Universitat de Lleida, Emilio García Silvero is the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at FIFA. He is also a member of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) Athletes’ Entourage Forum and of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) Finance and Administration Committee. Previously, he served as Managing Director Integrity at UEFA, Legal Director at the Royal Spanish Football Federation, and as a Board Member of FIFA World Cup 2026™ US Inc and FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
