Universidad Europea Model United Nations Club, made up of students from the institution's International Relations, International Business and Business Analytics programmes, has won six awards from the competition at MUN Salamanca, including Best Committee Delegate, four committee honourable mentions and one verbal mention.

Since the creation of the MUN Club three years ago and the participation of Universidad Europea students, this is the best result obtained so far. An achievement and an excellent result that demonstrates the commitment of the students to the Club and to the competitions, and the effects of the effort put into their preparation for more than a month.

Thanks to Sigrid Kallab Mathie, Karol Chacón Ramírez, Lilo Asturias, Fabiana Agreda, Sophia Lima and Isabel Rangel Duran, Universidad Europa obtains another seal of quality that demonstrates the success of its academic model. A model based on transdisciplinary education and experiential learning, working in teams and integrating knowledge that guarantees their success in the professional world.

For Gabriela Brochner, professor of International Relations at Universidad Europea and head of the academic model, "we are proud not only of the results obtained by our students in MUN Salamanca and the evolution that has taken place, but also of the seriousness and commitment that they have shown".

Model United Nations, also known as "MUN", is a student-led project for educational purposes. It is carried out through debate and negotiation techniques where students represent countries within the UN system.

MUN fosters a deeper understanding of diplomacy as well as helping to understand global issues, and seeks to inspire new generations to engage in international affairs.
