Dra. Susana de los Reyes López

PhD in Social Change (Sociology), with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology (Industrial). She has completed a Specialist Course in Non-Verbal Communication at the University of Alcalá and an Advanced Course in Mediation and Conflict Management at the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos. Master's in Personnel Management and Labor Consulting and Master's in Human Resources Management from the Centro de Estudios Financieros. Throughout her professional career, Susana has gained extensive experience in various areas of people management, communication, and conflict resolution. She has worked in organizational psychology, systemic coaching, and personal development, acquiring knowledge in the Enneagram, non-verbal communication, team management, and organizational quality. Furthermore, she has shown a notable focus on managing female talent and improving professional skills in various environments.
