Raúl Ruiz Acebes

Master’s Degree in Health Management and Administration: e-Health from Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio and Bachelor in Physiotherapy from La Salle Centro Universitario - UAM. Raúl Ruiz is the Director and lecturer of the Private Master’s Degree in Exercise and Sports Physiotherapy, as well as Head of the Physiotherapy Department at Premium Health & Sport Fuenlabrada. He is a clinical physiotherapist, researcher, and member of the Premium Innova team. His research includes studies on the effects of exercise programs using Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) and Flossband on mobility, strength, and balance in healthy subjects, aiming to evaluate the benefits of both techniques in athletes.
