María Ruiz de Oña

Graduated in Psychology with a specialization in Sports Psychology and a Master's in Transactional Analysis Therapy. Currently leads the Neurophysiology and Sports Performance department at Aspire Academy, focusing on high-performance player development and coach education. Author of books on Psychology and Football and an international speaker. Also teaches talent development and sports coaching at Escuela Universitaria Real Madrid and Florida Universitaria.
