With a Master's in Football Direction from Real Madrid University and a Bachelor's in International Business from Keiser University, he has extensive experience in football development and strategy. Currently serving as Technical Manager at Malmö FF, he is responsible for football development. Previously, he was Scouting Coordinator at the same club. He also lectures at Real Madrid University, focusing on scouting and club management. As Co-Founder of Sports & Talent Studio, he creates opportunities for young athletes to pursue their sports careers while connecting them with top U.S. universities. He worked as a Scout and in Youth Development at BK Häcken and as a Youth Coach at PBG Predators Soccer.
