Andrés LLoves is a physiotherapist with a diploma from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a degree from Universidad Europea de Madrid. He holds a Master's in Motor Neurocontrol from URJC. He is an instructor of the BOBATH concept certified by the international association IBITA. He teaches in the third-year physiotherapy course and in the treatment and assessment module of the Master's in Neurological Physiotherapy at Universidad Europea de Madrid.
He also teaches postgraduate courses at the Master's and expert levels, specializing in the BOBATH concept, at various universities in Spain and Mexico. Additionally, he collaborates in the training of professionals at different clinical institutions, hospitals, foundations, and private clinics. His clinical practice focuses on neurological physiotherapy, specializing in the treatment of adult patients with central nervous system injuries.
He runs a functional rehabilitation center in Madrid, NeuroInforma, where adult patients with various central nervous system injuries are treated within a multidisciplinary team.
The publication is a habilitation book that describes different specific methods for assessment and treatment. The chapter in which Andrés participates as a co-author explains the assessment and treatment methods of the BOBATH concept for neurological physiotherapy.
