Dra. Patricia Rico Mena

Patricia Rico Mena is a professor and researcher in the Department of Physiotherapy. She holds a Diploma in Physiotherapy from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Master's in Motor Neurocontrol from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos de Madrid. She specializes in Early Care, Pediatric Neurology, and Respiratory Physiotherapy, fields in which she has developed her clinical practice.
She teaches courses in the 1st, 3rd, and 4th years of the Physiotherapy degree and is co-director of the Expert Course in Respiratory Physiotherapy.
She is a member of the Physical Therapy & Health Sciences research group at Universidad Europea de Madrid. Her main research lines focus on Pediatric Palliative Care and educational innovation through the application of qualitative research.
