Associate Professor
PhD in Food Science and Technology from the University of Barcelona, Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from the same university, and Diploma in Dietetics and Human Nutrition from CESNID. ISAK Level 3 certified since 2005. She is a founding member of the Catalan School of Kinanthropometry and scientific officer at ADNEFE. Currently works as a nutritionist for FC Barcelona, RFEH, and other high-level athletes. She is also an associate professor at UAB and was recognized for her professional performance in 2022.
