PhD in Health and Sports Psychology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. Graduated in Recreation-Pedagogy of Free Time, Faculty of Physical Culture; Bachelor's and Master's in Psychology from Palacký University, Czech Republic. Trained in Gestalt Therapy at the Institut Integratiu, Barcelona. Research focus on character strengths, resilience, play, free time, and imagination. Currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Integrative Body Work (TCI) at the National Institute of Physical Education of Catalonia. Collaborator in archery and athletics training camps for the youth national teams at the sports center. Gestalt therapist and sports psychologist.

This study reviews previous theories and research on character strengths, passion, resilience, and satisfaction, with a particular focus on the sports field. Based on this review, an exploratory study was designed to examine character strengths and their relationship with resilience and personal satisfaction in passionate athletes from different levels of sports dedication (recreational, federated, and elite).
