Associate Professor
He holds a diploma in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and is a Higher Technician in Physical and Sports Activities. He also has a Level II Anthropometrist certification from ISAK.
Since 2010, he has been the director of the healthcare center Nutrición Deportiva y Alto Rendimiento in Alcobendas. He worked as a nutritionist for the Medical Services of Real Madrid C.F., collaborating with football and basketball teams between 2016 and 2020. Additionally, he has worked in centers such as BICLINIC and with the international Olympic Taekwondo school Hankuk.
In the academic field, he is a professor at the Universidad Europea de Madrid, UCAM, and other institutions, teaching in master's programs and courses related to sports nutrition. He has also participated as a speaker at international conferences and is the author of specialized publications, including his contribution to the book Fisiología del Ejercicio.
