    Cristina Gala Guirao

    Cristina Gala is a professor in the Department of Physiotherapy and has been the coordinator of the Manual Lymphatic Drainage course since 2002.

    She holds a Diploma in Physiotherapy from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy from Universidad Europea de Madrid.

    She combines teaching with clinical and research activities in manual lymphatic drainage.

    She teaches in the Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy and Women’s Health and the Expert Course in Manual Lymphatic Drainage at Universidad Europea de Madrid, as well as in external training courses on Manual Lymphatic Drainage in various hospitals in Madrid.

    She is a member and collaborator of the Spanish Lymphedema Association (AEL) and a lecturer in the Comprehensive Lymphatic Physiotherapy (FIL) course.
