The III Meeting Club has highlighted the diversity and value of the clubs at Universidad Europea

11 feb 2026

Universidad Europea de Madrid held the third edition of Meeting Club, an event organized by the Vice-Rectorate for Students and University Life in which the university community learned firsthand about the projects being developed by campus clubs and associations. The event has established itself as a space to hear about student initiatives, share experiences between clubs, and begin to imagine new collaborations that take the academic model beyond the classroom.

During the meeting, representatives from different clubs presented how they have created their own spaces to complement their education and acquire key skills for their professional future: teamwork, leadership, communication, event organization, and project management. Universidad Europea has nearly 40 clubs and associations that have enriched campus life and brought cross-disciplinary thinking, creativity, and initiative to the academic model.

Clubs that leave their mark on the university community

Some clubs at Universidad Europea have established themselves as true benchmarks for their impact both on and off campus. The UE MUN Club has won more than 25 awards in national and international Model United Nations competitions during the 2024-2025 academic year, placing Universidad Europea among the leading Spanish institutions in this field and demonstrating how debate and simulated diplomacy can become an almost professional first experience for students.

In the field of engineering and automotive, the Formula UEM Club has continued to promote practical learning through the design and construction of single-seater cars for Formula Student-type competitions, with milestones such as its participation in the fourth edition of Madrid Motor Student at the Jarama circuit.

Cultural clubs have also played a key role as allies of the university community. The Music Club and UEM Studio have become regular partners in numerous institutional events, providing the soundtrack and image for campus activities. Alongside them, initiatives such as BiocLAB, the Computer Club, the Hiking and Sustainability Club, and the Art Club have shown how the most diverse interests can find their own space and add value, reinforcing transdisciplinary learning and a sense of belonging.
