In the 2026 edition of the QS Europe Ranking, the institution is positioned among the 81 best universities in southern Europe and ranks 371st on a continental level, which is an improvement of 30 positions over the previous year.
This progress comes against a backdrop of an increase in the total number of universities evaluated, highlighting the positive and sustained evolution of Universidad Europea in terms of institutional performance. At the national and regional level, the institution maintains its leadership and consolidates its position as the best private university in the Community of Madrid.
This progress is also reflected in the overall score obtained, which has grown significantly from 17.5 to 32.3 points out of 100, demonstrating a structural improvement within the criteria and methodology of this prestigious ranking.
Among the best-performing indicators are International Student Diversity, Faculty Student Ratio and Employer Reputation, whose results are above or in line with the global average. These factors have had a decisive impact on the increase in the total score and reinforce the positioning of Universidad Europea as a leading academic institution, focused on employability, internationalisation and educational excellence.
