López (Eds.), Propuestas educativas en la era de la IA: Regulación y uso ético (1.ª ed., pp. 225–254). Dykinson.
The chapter discusses how AI transforms the teaching of financial analysis through predictive models. It improves data interpretation and decision-making, but poses risks such as the loss of critical thinking. A hybrid approach that combines AI with traditional methods to foster the student's analytical autonomy is proposed.

The study analyses innovation in Algerian pharmaceutical companies, highlighting its role as a competitiveness factor recognised by policymakers. Based on a survey of 67 companies, an active expansion of the sector is observed. However, the results indicate that the skills and qualifications of staff are seen as an obstacle to innovation, which limits their development despite the identified growth potential.

This study anticipates a decline in the mortgage market with the incorporation of Generation Z. This cohort, influenced by demographic and economic changes, could move away from traditional mortgage models. In contexts such as Spain, where the birth rate is low and inheritances are significant, it is expected that many young people will access housing without resorting to long-term mortgages, thus consolidating a new generational trend.
