Dr. José Luis Ballester Solaz

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Valencia and a Master’s in Economic and Financial Management from CEF-UDIMA. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Organization and Social Behavior, where I am developing a dissertation on startup valuation methodologies within the framework of corporate governance and value creation.

My professional career has taken place in the private sector, beginning in financial auditing and progressing toward financial analysis, with a focus on economic-financial feasibility, diagnostics, management control, valuation, and external CFO services.

Since 2017, I have combined my professional work with university teaching. I was part of the faculty at the Catholic University of Valencia until 2024 and, since 2021, at the European University of Valencia, where I teach accounting and finance courses in both Spanish and English.
