Half of our students come from outside the Community of Madrid and we know how important it is for them to find accommodation that meets their new needs: proximity to the Campus, safety, comfort, academic environment, good service, etc.

For this reason, we have two residences on the Campus itself with a capacity for 536 people, in which all the domestic, academic and security needs of our students are met.

The Picasso and Velázquez Student Residences of XIOR Student Housing are designed to provide accommodation for students enrolled at this University, as well as for professors from other universities for reasons of scientific, artistic or cultural exchange, or any other person whose stay is directly or indirectly linked to the University.

The concern to provide the best environment for adequate academic performance and rapid adaptation to university life gives meaning to the offer of on-campus accommodation from Xior group:
