Duthilleul will drive the firm’s growth strategy in the Spanish market
Betty Duthilleul, an alumna of Universidad Europea de Madrid, has been appointed partner at IMT Partners, a firm specialising in interim management and tailored solutions for transforming large organisations.
With more than 17 years of experience, Duthilleul has supported companies and senior executives through transformation, growth and international expansion. In her new role, she will lead IMT Partners’ expansion from Madrid, with the aim of establishing the firm as a key player in Spain’s business landscape.

In her new position at IMT Partners, she will support Spanish and international organisations facing transformation, pressure or strategic transition, drawing on an approach that combines operational excellence with strong interpersonal skills.
