Faculty of Social Sciences at Universidad Europea de Andalucía - Learning methodology

Our methodology is active, practical and student-centred, structured around two main approaches: Project-Based Learning (PBL) and Challenge-Based Learning (CBL).

Through PBL, students complete at least one project each year that integrates knowledge from different subjects and recreates situations typical of professional practice. Through CBL, students solve real challenges set by companies, brands and agencies in the Business Tech Lab, making decisions, leading teams and presenting professional proposals in contexts very similar to the workplace.

Our Industrial Partners play a key role in these projects, identifying topics of strategic interest and working closely with students as they develop their proposals.

This model is complemented by advanced simulation environments, an extensive network of external internship agreements with companies and institutions, internationally recognised professional certifications (Java Oracle, AWS, Cisco CCNA, Python) and, in the field of education, access to the Classroom of the Future, with advanced technological resources and artificial intelligence applied to teaching.

Across all areas, the Faculty promotes the development of skills related to sustainability, critical thinking, multicultural collaboration and the ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence, ensuring that graduates are prepared to practise their profession with technical rigour, social responsibility and a commitment to the challenges of the future.
