A group of third-year students of Marketing and Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Universidad Europea de Canarias –accompanied by Professor Enrique Carrasco– visited the Barcelona e-Show on March 16 and 17. This major trade show for the e-commerce and digital marketing industry brings together leading business figures from the online transactions, credit and logistics market.
The event was attended by more than 120 exhibitors with expertise in areas such as online marketing, mobile, social media, e-mail marketing, logistics, payment methods, and web analytics, as well as SEO/SEM, e-commerce, online video, big data, business intelligence, cloud & hosting, digital advertising, digital signage, web development and performance marketing. There were also exhibitors specialized in web optimization, image solutions, retargeting, software solutions, launching and designing online stores, training, consulting, comparators, loyalty programs, and drop-shopping, among others.
Moreover, the fair featured presentations of the latest trends in launching and designing online stores with an extensive schedule of lectures and workshops. There were also several discussion forums held with Spanish e-commerce executives, who shared their experiences with the audience. Students attended several talks over the course of the event.
