Universidad Europea, student Guillermo de Haro, 23 years old, will experience what it is like to run Adecco España for one month thanks to the “CEO for 1 month” project, part of the Adecco Way to Work program. This is thanks to the “Adecco Way to Work” global initiative, in which the human resources team in each country where the company operates chooses who will be the president or CEO for 30 days.
During this time, Guillermo de Haro will have to cope with the hectic schedule of the company's top job, attending meetings, making decisions, traveling from one place to the other, and, ultimately, working closely with Enrique Sánchez, the “real” president of Adecco.
De Haro, who received a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Universidad Europea, was chosen to be “CEO for 1 month” from more than 2,100 people participating in the project, although more than 54,600 young people applied worldwide.
