Innovation Week and the University Innovation Seminars have positioned Universidad Europea as a benchmark forum for exchanging experiences in educational innovation. The new format achieved greater interaction, more opportunities for debate and exchange, and time for socializing with professors from related departments.
One of the highlights of July 11 was the round table and workshop on bilingual education, which evaluated the advantages but also the difficulties of teaching complex content in a foreign language; and there was also a debate on the best methodology for these types of subjects.
During the event there was also space for a workshop on entrepreneurship with professors and students, and papers on experience-based learning in real contexts through the School laboratories on law clinic, UEMCom, Media Lab, Current Affairs Observatory, etc. Guests could also visit the MapCom project exhibition and throughout the event had the chance to address active methodologies and cross-disciplinary content, showing best practices in curricular sustainability, ethics, teaching skills and flipped classroom.
