Universidad Europea has held its first Research Summit on the Villaviciosa de Odón Campus. For the first time ever, this event brought together all of the university's research strength for the duration of the initiative to share their experiences and so as to promote synergies that can become new research projects.
The aim of the Research Summit is to become a space for exchanging ideas and sharing information on all of the research projects being carried out across the Madrid, Valencia, and Canary Islands campuses. As Maite Villalba explained, “interdisciplinarity is very important these days because research requires personnel from different departments and fields to integrate their knowledge in order to give rise to cross-cutting solutions.”
