The students of the Tourism Planning course, taught by professor José Serrano in the Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, recently attended the "III Salón Gastronómico" promoted by theSanta Cruz de Tenerife Development Society, among other organizations.
In the same meeting, the students attended a presentation by the development society's manager and technicians, among them our very own professor and consultant, Estefanía Hernández Estárico.
The Santa Cruz de Tenerife Gastronomic Positioning Strategy, presented at the meeting, is an interesting project which aims to promote gastronomic tourism in Tenerife's capital city and attract visitors from Spain or abroad who may be interested in trying and learning about Canarian cuisine.
