On November 28, the Universidad Europea de Valencia held a Course on Parliamentary Law at the seat of the Corts of Valencia. The course, organized by the Social Sciences department of the Universidad Europea de Valencia, was officially opened by the Rector of the Universidad Europea de Valencia, Juan Morote, and the President of the Corts, Enric Morera.
Also, the former Public Ombudsman, Álvaro Gil-Robles, gave a lecture on “Parliamentary representation: a ritual for democracy”, after which the Attorney to the Cortes Generales, María Rosa Ripollés, offered her perspective in a lecture on “The position of Parliament in the representative system”.
Next, the students took a guided tour of the Corts to see where the work of the Valencian government takes place.
