On November 20, Valencia was taken over by the Trinidad Alfonso Marathon. Over 19,000 participants flooded the city streets, cheered on by the Valencians, who took to the streets to support them.
Students from the Universidad Europea de Valencia also had a role. Some were volunteers, who were part of the organization thanks to the Correcaminos Sports Society and assisted throughout the route.
Also, students from the Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy took part in the sports recovery area alongside the other universities of Valencia, giving massages to all the participants who visited the equipped area in the car park of the City of Arts and Sciences, near the finish line.
