The 5th edition of Jumping Talent brought the best young talent together at the Universidad Europea

31 mar 2017

The Universidad Europea Villaviciosa de Odón Campus hosted the 5th edition of Jumping Talent on March 30, a global initiative organized by Banco Santander, Universia and Trabajando. The Universidad Europea was the host venue for the fifth edition attended by HR managers from 12 multinationals, who assessed and discovered the talent of 96 students selected for the occasion.

The goal of Jumping Talent was to bring young students closer to the job market at a meeting with companies where they could demonstrate their best cross-disciplinary skills, such as teamwork, improvisation and mental agility, with fun and educational activities such as the Employer Branding test, where the finalists helped the companies they selected to improve their communication with university students and be more attractive.

This year’s participating companies, looking for ICT, business and social science profiles, were Banco Santander, EY, J&J Family of Companies, Hilti, Indra, KPMG, Leroy Merlin, LG, Mediaset España, Saint-Gobain, Verallia and Vodafone.

The fifth edition of the event was attended by Carmen Corregidor, a student on the Double Degree in Pharmacy and Biotechnology, Alicia Arias Sitges, an Industrial Management Engineering student, and Marina Garcia de Mora, a Fundamentals of Architecture student. All three study at the Universidad Europea and were finalists at this edition.

Sete Oliveros, Professional Career manager at Universidad Europea, was on the panel that chose the team of students representing Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies as the winners.
