Universidad Europea, through the Master's Degree in Automotive Engineering, is hosting the 2nd Automotive Sector Conference over three Wednesdays in May (4th, 11th and 18th). This activity brings together brands, distributors, engineering and innovation companies, consulting firms, associations, and institutions to present the latest R&D, production, and market trends.
The Villaviciosa de Odón campus will host the second edition of this conference, which kicks off today with a speech by Miguel Gómez Navarro, the director of the School of Architecture, Engineering and Design, and Carlos Talayero, director of the Master's Degree in Automotive Engineering, to present the different activities that will be carried out at the conference. Energy efficiency, strategies for the future, automobile simulation, the potential of advanced analytics and Big Data in the automotive sector, environmentally friendly products (thermal, hybrid, electric), and technology applied to functional design are some of the topics that will be covered at the 2nd Automotive Sector Conference.
Over the three days of activities planned for this conference, IVECO, RENAULT RETAIL GROUP, ASEPA, and MINETUR are just some of the participants who will be at Universidad Europea with sector professionals to present trends in this cutting-edge industry around the world, and particularly in Spain
