Natividad Alarcón, head of research at the Universidad Europea de Valencia, was entrusted with inaugurating Innovation Week and the University Innovation Seminars held at the Valencia Campus on Friday, July 15. The round table on Gamification was attended by María Luisa Peydró, from Fundación Inndea; Nacho García and María Carmen Juan, from UPV, and moderated by professor José Martí, director of the Master’s Degree in Teacher Training.
Then there were workshops on neuroeducation, gamification, mindfulness and creativity designed to give educators, counselors and students an in-depth look at the latest trends in higher education.
Innovation Week and the University Innovation Seminars together form an initiative run simultaneously at the three Universidad Europea campuses that is designed to inspire -through the understanding of what other educational centers are doing-, promote the Universidad Europea academic model, and influence society with novel and interesting proposals.
