Sergio Ramón and Joaquín Peiró, students of the Retail Expert Graduate Degree at Universidad Europea de Valencia, have created Fresh Ice Cream, a natural ice cream project that was a great success at the Urban Trend Fair held las weekend at Mercado de Tapinería, Valencia.
Fresh Ice Cream began as an activity of the Retail Expert Graduate Degree and is supported by Universidad Europea de Valencia. This ice cream is made with natural ingredients and liquid nitrogen.
With its novel concept, Fresh Ice Cream was one of the busiest stands at the Urban Trend Fair, an event that brought together the most avant-garde and novel projects in Valencia. That is why the project, designed by Sergio Ramón and Joaquín Peiró, was selected for an interview on the Radio 99.9 program “Abierto a Mediodía”, presented by Ramón Palomar.
